4.1 Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

Depending on how you connect Askify, we use Meta's APIs as follows: (1) If you sign in with Facebook and select a Page, we use Facebook's Graph API with Page access tokens to reach your linked Instagram Business account. (2) If you sign in with Instagram Business Login, we use Instagram's Graph API with Instagram user access tokens tied to your professional account. In both cases we may process message content, comment content, sender information, and conversation metadata to provide DM automation and optional comment replies.

4.2 OpenAI

We use OpenAI's API to power our AI assistant. Customer messages and knowledge base content may be sent to OpenAI for processing. OpenAI processes this data according to their privacy policy and data usage policies.

4.3 Database and Hosting

We use secure cloud hosting and database services (Supabase) to store your data with encryption and industry-standard security measures.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information:

Encryption of data in transit and at rest
