DMs you miss are sales you lose. Instagram is where customers decide — answering them shouldn't be a second shift.
A buyer messages at 11pm. By morning, they already ordered somewhere else.
Price, size, shipping, restock. You become a copy-paste machine instead of running the business.
Reach dies when nobody replies in time. A fast comment reply keeps the post alive.
Match a keyword or an intention, or follow up on a DM reaction. Public reply, private message, or both.
Askify handles the routine ones. You jump in only when it matters.
AI replies instantly. Threads that need you are flagged. One inbox — not a pile of Instagram notifications.

Hi! Do you ship the linen set in size M to Berlin, and how long does it take?

Yes — size M ships to Berlin in 3–5 days with tracking. Shipping is free over €50. I can hold one if you want to order today.

Scheduling
Draft a feed post or Reel, pick a time, and Askify publishes it. Captions, tags, and covers stay with the post.
Before
DMs sit unanswered until you open Instagram. Night-time questions never get a reply. Comments go cold.
After
Askify replies in seconds, 24/7, in your voice. Rules decide which comments and reactions get an answer. Posts go out on the calendar you set.

Askify handles DMs and comments, follows your reply rules, and publishes scheduled posts and Reels.
Not another chatbot. A teammate that already knows your shop.
Every DM and comment gets a fast answer while you sleep, shoot, or ship.
Persona and knowledge base shape the replies. Connect external tools when the bot should look something up or take action — not just talk.
Every comment, a keyword, an intention, or a reaction on a DM. Public reply, private message, or both.
Feed posts and Reels wait on a calendar and publish at the time you set.
AI flags what it cannot handle. Jump in, then hand it back.
